Solila is located in the southeastern part of the Tivat bay. It is a complex of the former salt, which today is reminiscent of a swamp and is of great importance for flora and faunai world. Specifically, this area is of international importance because it contains rare species of amphibians and reptiles, plants unique to the area of the Adriatic, but also a great wealth of bird species. Recorded about 111 species of birds and 14 amphibians and reptiles  some of which have the status of vulnerable and endangered species.
