It is situated on the south-west coast of Herceg Novi in Boka Kotorska, with a view to the town of Herceg Novi and Mount Orjen.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Owing to its microclimate, Njivice abounds in vegetation that is fascinating due to its exotic origin, diversity and beauty. Fruits like Japanese medlar, jujube, kiwi, banana or service tree make this town a &#8220;natural beauty&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Although geographically slightly isolated, Njivice has got organized bus transport to Herceg Novi in course of the entire year.
