Borovičko jezero

Borovičko lake is the former open basin of the Pljevlja Coal Mine in the town of Borovica, it is located 6 km from Pljevlja, and it is only 300 meters from the main highway Pljevlja – Đurđevića Tara. The surface of the lake is about 22 hectares, and the depth is from 1 m to 40 m. There are several species of fish in the lake and it is a suitable place for fishing, and in the summer it is a favorite swimming spot for the inhabitants of Pljevlja.
